Program Notes:

I wrote this piece with goal of creating a work where both of the performers and the electronics can all react to each other and respond to what they hear. On the left side of the page is a bank of modules for each performer. Play them in any order. You can repeat them, you can skip one, it is up to you. Most modules don’t contain dynamics, the performer is free to shape them as they wish. Listen to the other performer and the electronics when deciding how to play a module and when. If you hear something that sounds like one of the modules you have play that module or something that compliments it. The goal is to create a dialog between each performer and the electronics.
