Heavy Snow depicts the atmosphere of the strangely quiet world produced by falling snow in the city. It begins quietly with howling winds and low rumbles before moving to a more rhythmically charged section in the middle. The score for this piece is written to give the musicians a lot of control over the performance of the piece, creating an entirely new experience every time.
